To request any return or refund, an unedited opening video of the courier package is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
ā¢The sealed package before opening
ā¢The unboxing process
ā¢The product condition inside
No claims will be accepted without this video, as beverages are consumable items and quality verification is essential.
All return or damage claims must be raised within 24ā48 hours of delivery.
Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
Returns/refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
ā¢Damaged or leaking bottles
ā¢Incorrect product delivered
ā¢Missing items in the order
ā¢Expired product (if delivered)
Due to the nature of edible products, returns are not accepted if:

ā¢Claims made without proper proof (video and images)
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5ā7 business days
